Serve something extraordinary! Wild hibiscus, syrup and champagne are all you need to create incredible cocktails for your next special event.

    Overview

For your next special event, create exquisite cocktails guests are sure to remember when you incorporate Wild Hibiscus Flowers in your presentation.

Wild Hibiscus Flowers are a natural, entirely edible garnish and drink ingredient. Each 8.8-ounce jar is carefully hand-packed with beautiful ruby red dried hibiscus blossoms preserved in a simple syrup of water and cane sugar.

Both the vibrant flowers and infused syrup are ready to use straight from the jar. Most commonly, customers place a single flower at the bottom of a champagne flute. Once filled with sparkling wine, delicate bubbles cascade beautifully from the petals, opening the blossom in the process. The Wild Hibiscus Flowers and their syrup are also wonderful additions to mocktails, children's drinks, desserts, and cocktails of all kinds.

The flowers are not only eye catching, they are also delicious. They are lightly tart and sweet with a flavor similar to raspberries and a texture akin to lychee or dried cranberries. The syrup has the same flavor as the blossoms themselves, and can be used like grenadine in your favorite recipes.

Delicious and gorgeous in a drink!
I freaking love these. I was asked to create a drink for a GOT party, and based on what I'd read about these with sparkling wine, it wasn't hard to come up with:

    Blood Magic

3/4 oz Solerno Blood Orange Liqueur
    1 Wild Hibiscus flower
1/2 tsp hibiscus syrup from jar
    Sparkling wine of your choice

Put the first three in a glass and top with sparkling wine. Adjust any amount to your taste (i.e. more syrup for a sweeter drink).

I was busy all night making these! Rave reviews. Sometimes, the flower looks like flames in the bottom of the glass, but with narrow flutes, you get a different effect. Very impressive.

But what do they taste like? The simplest answer is an intense, strawberry-raspberry flavor with tart and floral notes.

Overall, they are very easy to use and your guests will love them!
