Crush ice the authentic way with the Viski Professional Lewis Ice Bag & Wooden Mallet.

    Overview

The Viski Professional Lewis Ice Bag & Wooden Mallet is a must have for lovers of authentic juleps, swizzles, smashes, mules, or margaritas.

This Lewis Ice Bag is constructed of professional-grade canvas so all of that undesirable, diluting liquid stays away from your perfect concoction, absorbing into the canvas and resulting in a beautiful, dryer ice. A closing top flap on the crush bag keeps ice from flying across the room while you're thoroughly crushing the cold stuff with the included heavy duty beechwood hammer.

Home and craft mixologists create the best cocktails with the best ingredients, and that includes the ice. Put away the ice crusher and get real with this ice bag & mallet. Start crushing your cocktail prep.

    Features
    • Crush your own ice for juleps, swizzles and smashes in this professional grade canvas ice bag

    • Canvas material of the Lewis bag naturally absorbs excess water, creating a dryer ice Ideal for both the home user and craft mixologists alike

Good size. Works very well unless it gets wet from repeat use then the ice sticks to the inside. Only complaint.

I was tired of using a ziplock bag and a hammer. This looks much better.

I have a refrigerator that cracks ice, but the ice is inconsistent and the dispenser a little awkward. I imagine that smashing my own will make for better cracked ice and be far more fun.

This seems like a more reliable method of making crushed ice. I haven't had much luck with electric ice crushers.

My husband loves crushed ice in his Moscow mules. We usually go and buy a bag of ice at the convenient store, but now we won't have to do that any longer.
